HPCAI is a voluntary membership association representing Iowa hospice and palliative care agencies providing care to patients with severe and life-limiting illnesses through various locations statewide. The association is governed by a board of directors and was established in 1981. As the only organization in Iowa dedicated solely to this segment of the health care industry, HPCAI is the voice of end-of-life care in the state.
